When we moved from Venezuela to Melbourne, we searched every corner of the city for empanadas that tasted like home. We couldn't find them. So we started making our own — the authentic way, with real harina PAN corn dough and traditional fillings.

What started as a craving became a mission: to bring the true taste of Venezuelan empanadas to Melbourne. One golden, crispy bite at a time. Today you'll find us at our food truck in Southbank.
